The quality in our educational organization and reasons for carrying out the self evaluation
The B&B educational organization was in 2006 included into national developing project Let’s offer quality education to the adults - POKI, which develops the Slovenian institute for adult education with support of European Social Fund and Ministry of Education and Sport.
The cognition about the quality being the key factor of competitiveness and success prevailed. In future only the companies which are masters of the philosophy of quality will stay on the market. That’s why our organization is trying hard to realize the vision of development on the basis of quality systems and reach the stage of development of the organizations in Europe and in the west. The consequence of our efforts for quality in educational organization is good services for competitive price. We accent the mastery of quality.
The judgment of quality has to be connected to effective ways of continuous introduction of improvements and modes which will make possible development of all the capacities. It is more and more clear that just the use of evaluation mechanisms on the level of educational system is not enough if we want to reach quick response to the changes inside the system. That’s why we stimulate development of the quality models which the educational organizations should use for growing their own system of management of quality and which are based on the self evaluation methods.
Educational organizations have to control systematically the quality of our work and attract the participants and employers. We also have to accelerate the termination of evaluation procedures.
