LOGISTIC TECHNICIAN

We run into logistics at every step, so it is important to know and understand the fundamental structures and elements of the logistics system and processes. It is vital that we reduce costs and improve the quality of services through appropriate planning, management and control of goods and passenger flows.

Logistics is a sector with a great potential for future development, particularly in the fields of procurement, organisation, storage and transport.

After completing the education, the graduates know how to:

PROGRAMME

The education is based on an adapted curriculum which enables studying while working for adults. The lectures take place three times a week in the afternoon and on Saturday morning. The educational programme lasts for two or three years and is completed with a vocational matura examination.

EMPLOYMENT

The educational programme equips the graduates with the skills for employment in transport, traffic, warehousing or service sectors.

The work can include the organisation of operations in various warehouse systems, the implementation of tasks on safety at work and the exercise of rights from loss or damage events, ensuring faultless operation of equipment, work related to transport infrastructure and public transport, cooperation in customs procedures.
