We run into logistics at every step, so it is important to know and understand the fundamental structures and elements of the logistics system and processes. It is vital that we reduce costs and improve the quality of services through appropriate planning, management and control of goods and passenger flows.

Logistics is a sector with a great potential for future development, particularly in the fields of procurement, organisation, storage and transport.

After completing the education, the graduates know how to:

  • Accept orders
  • Prepare offers
  • Regulate trade and passenger flows
  • Plan, manage and solve logistics challenges
  • Optimally choose the means of transport
  • Manage costs
  • Optimise logistics processes
  • Establish achievable targets

The education is based on an adapted curriculum which enables studying while working for adults. The lectures take place three times a week in the afternoon and on Saturday morning. The educational programme lasts for two or three years and is completed with a vocational matura examination.
