B&B d.o.o. was founded in 1990, when Bernarda and Brane Lotrič realised their long-standing desire to become entrepreneurs. Initially, they set up a driving school with modest means, but with great confidence in their undeveloped ideas. The company started with two old groats and four thousand marks, but eventually grew into a large and successful business.

 

The development of the company


Initially offering driving tests for cars, we later expanded our services to all categories including motorcycles, trucks, buses and tractors. A major breakthrough was the introduction of a vocational school programme for truck drivers, when the state legally required a minimum level of education for this field. The company then spontaneously followed the demand and developed secondary, college and university programmes as well as vocational training.

 

The company's philosophy


The company's focus is not only on profit. Employee and customer satisfaction is more important. We reinvest all the value we generate in the company, which enables us to grow and develop steadily. On average, the company has 50 full-time employees and 120 occasional external employees. 

 

Family values and involvement of the younger generation


Family members do not have special privileges when it comes to involvement in the company. Each new member starts at the bottom to get to know all the company's processes. The eldest daughter, Kaja, is currently Business Development Manager and is responsible for process optimisation, new service development and quality. Her partner Grega is assistant manager.

We offer a wide range of services in formal and non-formal education, as well as various training courses. We adapt to trends and demand, which enables us to continuously provide our clients with up-to-date knowledge and competences.
